We meet children (some only five years old) on the streets while they are going through the rubbish piles looking for scrap metal, cans or bottles to sell. It is dangerous.
After previously working with children and teenagers who had been hurt or trafficked, we knew the seriousness of the situation and began a work to prevent the children being on the streets in the first place.
Bring Hope has been actively involved in the transformation of hundreds of lives in Cambodia over the last 16 years.
Our Mentorship Programs, Children’s Home and Hope Centre offer children a hand up out of poverty.
We help them get established in school, teach them life skills and provide a safe place to come and have a meal. Our team are there to do life with them.
It is amazing to see the children’s eyes which were once sad and empty, change and become bright. We show them that somebody actually does care and there is a chance for a better life; we are bringing hope.
